Short hair tips!!!!!!!?

I have really short hair. Its dyed a bright auburn and i need a way to make a headband look really nice in my hair without it looking crazy. I also needs some pics of how I could style it while its growing out. Heres a link to a style I would like my hair to look like. I'm also only 11 so I don't want it too sophisticated. Please help!!!

just put the headband in the center of your head with out putting it back with it.

if you have poofy or curly hair you should straighten it.

blow dry your hair upside down to add volume.

and u can use a serum/ hair paste to define the layers.
